As part of our 100th Anniversary celebration, please consider contributing items or experiences that can be auctioned during the weekend event. The proceeds from the auction will be used primarily to support our scholarship program.
We are seeking donations of both items (e.g., artwork, jewelry, Cottonwood Gulch memorabilia) and experiences (e.g., vacation homes, guided tours, Zoom classes). Examples from previous auctions include silver jewelry made by Grandfather Tom Henio, books authored by Anne Hillerman, Navajo rugs and Pueblo pottery, a week-long stay in the Colorado San Juan mountains, a day of sailing on San Francisco Bay, a beach house in Australia, photographs of favorite Southwest landscapes, guitars, old Gulch vehicles, and a week in a Paris apartment. For more information about what makes a good donation, click the button below.
Please read the document thoroughly so that all auction items meet the guidelines and are appropriate for our auction.
For each donation, please complete this form and return it to Wenda Trevathan at auction@cottonwoodgulch.org by July 1.
If you have any questions or concerns about the suitability of your intended contribution, please contact Wenda Trevathan at auction@cottonwoodgulch.org or via phone/text at 575-644-0599. Items should be mailed, shipped, or hand-delivered to Wenda Trevathan, 311 E. Berger St., Santa Fe, NM 87505.

100 Years of Celebration!
A reminder to our community that we are celebrating 100 years this August 14-16 at our Basecamp. It will be a wonderful weekend of community, good food, adventurous fun, and many songs around many a campfire. Tickets are available on our websit, e and we hope you will join us for this momentous centennial celebration.
Worried about cost?
We know the full ticket cost of $495 is a significant ask. We’ve worked hard to keep costs as low as possible while covering what it takes to host 400+ community members for a full weekend, and we’ve built in multiple ways to attend at a lower cost or no cost at all.
- Access Ticket — $250. For community members who need a lower-cost option. No questions asked.
- Kids 12 & Under — Free. We have increased the age range for free participation to make this experience more affordable for families. Please register youth so that we can plan accordingly.
- Still worried about cost? Contact us at 100thReunion@cottonwoodgulch.org to ask about additional comp or discounted tickets.
- If you can afford it: Consider paying the full adult ticket price ($495) and becoming an event sponsor to support our larger community.
